Cause might be ... -bacterial (outside food) -parasitic like ameba or giardiasis or warms -viral flu You are given proper treatment with antibiotic oflixacin. Ondensetron that you had given can be useful as syrup or tablet also if vomitting.. Get stool examination for ameba egg or hook worm like infection accordingly metronidazole or albendezol needed. Maintain hydration of her... Take care... If still symptom increasing investigate with USG . Dr.Parth
