Suggest Treatment For Red Blotches On Chest And Upper Arms

When i feel all the attention is on me I blush and my chest and upper arms develope red blotches, is there anything I can take to eleviate this problem? I am in my early 30's healthy , with a 6 month old baby, I have had this problem for as long as I can remember, although it stopped whilst I was pregnant!
