Suggest Treatment For Red Bowel Movement With Abdominal Irrtation

Hi... this is awkward. But Ill give it a go. My stool was red, and the consistancy was very strange. It looked like very thin skin, or wet toilet paper. It had a ribbony appearance. Im bloated right now, for no reason in particular that I know of, and I have some abdominal irritation. I am 26, female, I wiegh about 120 lbs, and Im five feet tall.
