Suggest Treatment For Red Bruise On Breast Due To An Injury

Car accident bruised my whole breast, deep red bruise. It hurts to breath, move my arm, bend over, I can t do anything without hurting my chest. Could I also have bruised ribs, sternum, etc.? Initial xrays did not show anything, but the pain is so bad and I can feel something moving inside when I move.
