I had a laparAcopic appendectomy 3 weeks ago. I developed an infection and the surgeon had to lNce my belly button and allow the infection to drain. It has stopped draining, but now there is a small red lump under my belly button. It was not there before. Is this something that will go away? Also, my belly is still swollen; any kind of constrictive pants hurt. Is this normal?
