Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On Chest, Hands And Feet While On Sum

After being outside for a little while red bumps appeared all over my chest, hands, arms, and now my feet. It just started happening during the last 2 months and only when I go outside around the sun. I am 19 and don't understand why now all of a sudden this is happening.
