Suggest Treatment For Red Bumps On The Genital Area In A Child

My 6 month old daughter has little reddish bumps that kind of look like blisters or pimples on her genital area. Today is day 2 with it. I have been using Desitin on it. It s not getting worse but it doesn t seem to be getting better. What could that be and what should I use to treat it?

Hi, thanks for the question. from your history it looks your child has fungal deramatitis. you should use antifungal cream it will heal in 2-3 days. if you are using diapers, you should change them frequently to avoid dermatitis.
