Suggest Treatment For Red Burning Sensation In Skin

I have red, burning skin around my nose, the skin under and around my nose peels and flakes off. I have a runny nose much of the time. And nothing helps stop it. Now one side of my mouth in the smile wrinkles have started to flake too. I ve been to doctors and they give me antibiotics but they say don t know what is causing it and it just returns often.
