Hello. I have a red circle on the roof of my mouth. I took antibiotics (for strep) and fungal pills for the red circle. Strep is gone, circle is back When it comes back my mouth is very dry. Feels like cotton in my mouth...any help would be appreciated. thanks.
I can understand your concern. The red circle you are describing could be an ulcer due to vitamin B complex deficiency.
I would recommend you to start vitamin B complex supplement such as B-Folcin once a day for about 15 days. It it would be because of this deficiency, it will not return.
However, if it keeps returning at the same place, then an examination by dentist regarding its size, texture, shape etc. and other symptoms is necessary. In that case, you might have to go for x-ray of the palate and biopsy of the lesion to find out the exact nature and diagnosis of the lesion.
I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.
