Suggest Treatment For Red Colored Rashes On The Penis

I am 72 yearold. Yesterday I notced that red rashes appeared on gland of penis though I do wash every day with soap and lukewarm water during my bath. I have no sexual relation ship since last 15 years. Would you please help me. I applied betnavite when I noticed yesterday and I think it aggrevated .
