Hello, You are suffering from red patches on penis. Your penis shaft is sore and its hurting you. You have been masturbating quite often. Frequent masturbation when done roughly often leads to an irritation of the skin, making the penis red and sore. Masturbation when done on dry skin causes cracking / breaking of skin thus appearance of red patches on the shaft. Excessive rubbing during masturbation can damage cell neurons in the penis and may eventually lead to diminished sexual pleasure. You are suggested to refrain from any kind of sexual activity till the wound heals. It may take some time. Apply ointment Neosporin or Soframycin or vitamin E based cream on the affected area.
