Suggest Treatment For Red Pricks On Forehead

Hi Doctor I am 25 years old and having small red pricks on my forehead (only). They usually stay on my forehead, and increases after washing my face. They appear less in the morning time. I am not having any dandruff issue but my skin is bit sensitive. There exist no such pricks over any part of my face. My skin texture is T-Zone Oily. Please recommend me a solution Thanks Priyanka
