Suggest Treatment For Red, Raised Bump On The Penis Shaft

Hello! I have had a single red, slightly raised bump on the middle of the shaft of my penis for the last year. It comes and goes and occasionally gets irritated with sex or masterbation. It is slightly uncomfortable and today was the first time any fluid came out of it. The fluid was clear and there are no clusters of anything that resemble herpes that I can see but this seems like the only thing it could be other than irritated follicles (praying this is what it is). What is the best way to attach a photo here?

Sexologist 's  Response
Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not, it can be due to dry sex/ masturbation. Local infection can also produce dryness. Local antibiotics / anti-fungal can help you. Application of adequate nutrition during sex / masturbation - can prevent this issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S. R. Raveendran, Sexologist
