Suggest Treatment For Red Rash On Collar Bone Clavicle
Red, circular rash on clavicle. I have had some bumps in my armpits for a few months now, I assumed they were warts. Now I have a circular rash just above my collar bone. I haven t been able to stop itching, my entire body feels itchy. Is it ringworm? Is it treatable? Should I see a GP?
Yes it seems you have ringworm infection. It can be treated with tablet terbinafine 250 mg daily for 6 weeks along with tablet levocetrizine 5mg twice daily for 2 weeks along with topical terbinafine cream twice daily over the affected area. You should keep your skin as dry as possible, wear loose fitted clothes, keep your soap and towel separate and don't share your clothes.
