Suggest Treatment For Red Spots On The Legs

I need help, I have lumps on my legs and they turn to black and redish big spots, there are no pains no itch, they 1st appear 4years ago and i went to the GP he gave me medication and they disappered and my legs were normal after a year they appeared again and i went through same, it is for the 3rd time now bt now they are not getting better, help anymore

Hi.
As per your case history we need to get further details like -
What type of lumps they are?
Are they solid nodules or fluid filled?
Do you have any systemic disease like diabetes or thyroid dysfunction?

If the condition is recurrent and no itchy in nature it is better to have a skin biopsy done to reach to perfect diagnosis

Till then apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily and later consult dermatologist with all relevant past treatment documents.
