Suggest Treatment For Reddish Bump On Biceps

I have a zit like bump on my left bicep and today it turned a little red. I just got treated for staph a month ago but the antibiotics I was on did not get rid of this bump like it did my other staph infection. My question is is this staph or something else?

Is it pain ful if yes than it may be infective
If it is itchy it may be insect bite ..hypersensitivity
Some time ....antibiotic resitance present..in many cases..change the antibiotic...
