Suggest Treatment For Redness And Burning Sensation On Tip Of Penis

Im a gay male i had anal sex with a male, i penetrated him a few days after i had frequent urge to pee and burning sensation more if i was peeing or not. I took zithromax n antibiotic shots and it helped but now the tip is slightly red still and lightly burns the thing is during all this from the beginning till now i been tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Both negative. I did urine test for uti. Negative too. Im thinking its a bacterial infection or yeast or idk?please help. Its been almost a month since the incident on july 7

Do you get a routine STD check ups? Do you wear condom regularly? Anal sex is particularly risky in terms of obtaining infection on both parties. frequent urge to urinate may be a sign of urinary tract infection, but may be indicative other STDs. Was urine culture obtained? If not urine culture needs to be obtained and check for HIV also.
