Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have problem of reduced blood flow to brain also known as vertebrobasilar circulatory disorders. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes, and a high cholesterol level. I would suggest you to consult neurologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , MRI , blood tests and ECG . Doctor may prescribe blood thinning drugs, such as aspirin, warfarin lower the risk of stroke, ask you to change your diet and medication to lower cholesterol and better control blood pressure like betablockers . For now do light exercises , try to loose weight and quit habits like smoking .

Hope your concern has been resolved.
