There are several causes of
recurrent miscarriages like: Antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, diabetes, Chromosomal anomalies/genetics problem in one or both the partners,
thyroid disorder, cervical incompetence/abnormality in genital tract, Autoimmune diseases like SLE, idiopathic (unknown) cause (40-50% case)
So for above causes, go for investigation like: ANA antibody, anti ds DNA, anti smith AB, PT, APTT, APLA screening, TORCH screening, full hormone profile, blood sugar, chromosomal analysis Pelvic USG,
