hi doctor acctually my mother thyroid glands is damage abd know she have breathing problem she went to punjab cardiology but they says she have no any heart problem all the problems accuring due to their thyroid problem so please tell me what can i do know

If breathing difficulty is because of the enlarged thyroid gland, then thyroid gland needs to be removed. Check serum TSH, free T4 estimation and X-ray for further work up. So, you should consult a general surgeon or otorhinolaryngologist for examination and if the needed operative intervention can be done.
