Suggest Treatment For Restless Leg Syndrome

My wife has restless Leg syndrome and is currently using Pramipexole 0.125mg x 3 per day. Her insurance has just changed and they are making it a tier 3 drug which is expensive. By the way she is on AARP Medicare Complete.. Are there any other drugs that might help her condition?
