Suggest Treatment For Restricted Movement In The Left Shoulder

I can t get my hands above my head. My shoulder are stuck. I had surgery on my left shoulder and fell a week after breaking my arm. Now I have blown my right shoulder. I m now waiting for surgery.I I really wish I could get my left shoulder to work ,at least.

Hi,

This is something known as periarthritis shoulder. You need to regularly do shoulder range of motion exercises. It will take time to recover but the results are very good.
