Suggest Treatment For Retention Of Urine And Abdominal Pain

my friend is retaining urine, could not handle the discomfort and pain. we went to emergency room august 10th, his blood presure was 220, they brought it down over a 4 hours period and sent him home with a cathiter in place. the pain is back and the urine is bloody, could you advise, thank you susankenmurph

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has blood in urine. There are many causes of blood in urine.
Infection, trauma, tumor all can lead to blood in urine. He should go for ultrasound abdomen and PSA level. Then take treatment accordingly.
