Suggest Treatment For Right Hand Pain And Soreness

My hands have been hurting for about a month now. The pain started right after a bout with an upper respiratory infection. I am having trouble with trying to do tasks that require my fingers. They just don't seem to work properly. Knuckles and wrists hurt, occasional pain radiating upward from hand, and muscle soreness. Feels like I also have a pinched nerve in back. What could it be?
