Suggest Treatment For Right Leg Injury

I crashed in to a car door and flew about 50 feet away, I got these huge swelled bumps on my right leg, I got this one that is hard on my calf and on my ankle, this morning I was wearing socks and the sock sunk in my skin and now it huts like my ankle is breaking, what do I have?

Hi,

Please get x rays of ankle since there is likely to be a fracture with this kind of fall and injury. Rest of the treatment would depend on X-ray findings.
