Suggest Treatment For Right Side Abdominal Pain

I found out I had a tubal pregnancy Sept 6 2015 and went in for surgery that night.
About 2 weeks after, my incision in my belly button was oozing yellow/brown liquid. I went to the doctor and was put on antibiotics. It cleared up shortly after.
Now, I am having stomach pain on the right side. Kinda under the incision to the right. Should I return again? No fever or discharge.
Just chills, pain, and tenderness upon palpation.
