Suggest Treatment For Right Sided Lower Abdominal Pain

starting having a pain in my lower stomach last night; almost felt like cramps from having a period; but I had a hysterectomy almost 13 years ago. Now the pain is shifting somewhat to my lower back, all pain mostly generated on the right side too.

Your symptoms seem to be related to appendicitis.

I suggest you:
- An ultrasound
- A visit to a surgeon to rule out the cause.
