Suggest Treatment For Ringing Sound In Ears For Years

Sir i have ringing sounds in my ears since 10 years. i consult with the ENT specialist one year ago for this problem.he investigated and said that my high frequency is lost and it can not be recover again and that is main cause of ringings in my ears almost in my left ear.Sir i am very worried about that problem and i can not study for that problem.plz plz suggest me that what should i do?

this is tinnitus. I would recommend to my patients with such complaint, ginkgo biloba extract, vit B12 , B6 supplement, tinnitus sound therapy. and try to ignore this sound. as there no definite treatment for this condition. above medical treatment should be taken for at least 3 weeks.
