I have this thing like a ring worm on the crease of my legs next to my bathing suit line and it comes up and itches then I guess because of the irritation of my under wear it gets irritated and turns into a cut and as soon as it starts to heal another one comes

red itchy lesions on your groin areas are suggestive of fungal infection (ringworm). you need a course of antifungals along with antihistamines. also try to keep the area dry. avoid sweating and tight fitting underwears.
if i were your treating dermatologist i would start you on tab terbinafine 250 mg once a day terbinafine cream twice daily tab cetrizine once a day
i suggest you see your dermatologist and get a prescription for the same.
