It appears that your symptoms are the result of
allergy. Stay away from anything that triggers your allergy like pollen, animal dander, smoke, dust, dust mites, molds,
passive smoking, pollution, etc. Take antihistamines at bed time. You can take decongestants for relieve. Gargle your throat with warm salt water.
Take cough syrups containing
guaifenesin or
dextromethorphan to get rid of chronic coughs. Get clinically examined by an ENT, get swab and sputum tests done. You will be accordingly treated with a course of antibiotics if needed. Stay well hydrated, avoid
stress as it triggers cough ad asthma. Stay away from addictions if any.
