Suggest Treatment For Ruptured Testicles

my 11 year old son just came out of the shower and said that he thinks his testicle is broken. Not understanding what he meant he let me examine his testicles. One is perfectly round and smooth the other feels like a small cluster of individual lumps?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.Broken testis will give excruciating pain - which the son could not bare.Generally seen after a trauma.
2.But you said you have felt some asymmetry in the testis - that should be evaluated.
3.In this case i would have examine and if suspicious ask for an ultrasound scrotum.
4.Ultrasound will help me to cause for the asymmetry, weather or not any lump, good blood supply or not, any fluid collection, chord status.
5.So suggest you to get an appointment and do the needful and treated accordingly. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
