As per your complain seems Seborrheic Dermatitis commonly known as dandruff can occur due to causes like Fungal Infection, changes in climatic condition, poor immunity, lack of hygiene etc.. Hairfall occurs as the hair follicles are weakened and damaged with the dandruff.. I would suggest you to start washing your scalp with shampoo containing Ketoconazole, coal tar, salicylic acid,sulfides, zinc, selenium etc.. You can massage the scalp with a steroid lotion.. You can also use Keratolytic agents like Salicylic acid lotion as it helps in removal of the flakes.. You should keep the scalp clean and do not let moisture accumulate..
