Suggest Treatment For Sand Like Particle On Neck And Chest
I have tiny sand like particles on my neck and v area of my chest. They are hard and I feel like I could scratch them off but probably should not. I had only a couple but now I have several and they can be felt by rubbing my hand over them. I m 53 and in good health otherwise.

As per your case the rashes are only on sun-exposed parts of body so it maybe polymorphic light eruption.
My treatment advice-
1. Avoid sun-exposure. Use a good sunscreen with spf more than 30.
2. Taking an antioxidant tablet once daily (TAB. Antoxid-HC).
3. Apply mild topical corticosteroid cream like momematose cream (Momesone) twice daily for 7-10 days.
