Suggest Treatment For Sarcoidosis In The Lung

I have been diagnosed with sarcoidosis in the lung and obstructive sleep abnea over the last 5 years. I was taking omeprazole prescribed by a doctor but never diagnosed with acid reflux. I saw a gastro physician and he took me off of the medicine last week. Today I am feeling very tired and sleepy and a little lethargic. What could be the issue . I also have arthritis.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Your current symptoms like tiredness, lethargy, sleepiness etc are mostly due to obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
OSA causes carbon dioxide retention.
And this is the main reason for your symptoms.
So better to get done ABG (arterial blood gas) analysis.
If carbon dioxide is high than you need to start treatment for OSA.
Treatment consists of weight reduction, exercise, CPAP machine in night.
You should also start treatment for sarcoidosis.
So better to consult pulmonologist and start treatment for OSA and sarcoidosis.
Hope I have solved your query.
Wish you good health. Thanks.
