Suggest Treatment For Scabies Without Itching

hello, my name is Brian Butler, i was diagnosed with scabies.There has beeen no itching effects what so ever.The red bumps have covered me from mid back to toes.Nothing in genitils area.Now since dermotologist prescribed meds,I have soreness in muscles to calf area and right wrist wont bend without assistance. Ive seen shingles,what i have looks a lot like shingles ,but also like scabies.Ive had outside intercourse i also metioned to dermotologist this had become present when i switched to a night shift at the coffee plant and im exposed to a quite a bit of roasting ashes. if this helps any.Im thinking on setting a appt. and getting blood work to determine. I have had chicken pox. Is there another suggestion u might have before scheduling an appt.? thank you.
