Suggest Treatment For Scabs On Face
hi I have big scabs on my face that keep getting infected and wont go away no matter how long I give them to heal I am just wondering if there is a reason because I noticed other miner sored or tiny cuts on my body keep getting infected and there not even big ones so its really frustrating for example I have a tiny cut on my hand that will not heal even thought its been like three weeks and it looks and seems like something hat would heal overnight so if there is any advise u could give I would much appreciate it

You seem to be developing superficial skin infecting after some injury .
You should Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase .
Get a blood glucose test done to rule out diabetes .
