Suggest Treatment For Scaly,itchy Patches On Elbows And Hands

Hi goodmorning i m ann from dubai i would like to ask if what s the best ointment for what i am suffering now. I have patches in my elbow even in my hands seems like scale and it is really itchy. Im not sure if its psoriasis but i saw the picture of psoriasis and its the same.. Please help

According to your description your diagnosis seems to be psoriasis.The best ointment for this would be clobetasol propionate 0.05%and salicylic acid 3% combination over the affected sites along with a good moisturizing lotion over the entire arm. You should also take tablet levocetrizine 5 mg at bed time for relief of itching.
