Hi Dr., My name is asif ansari. I had a surgery 2 month back on my neck; I have Scar (6 inch long & 0.5 inch broad). I am using Vaniza Gel. I am also planning to use Mederma Gel. Request you to advice which is better for quick & effective response thanks,

If you have hypertrophic scar, intralesional triamcenolone 10 mg injection might give good result. For that you consult the nearby dermatologist. You may continue Vaniza gel to apply.
