Pus with bad smell would not be due to Gonorrhea or Chlamydia. Both the discharges are non odorous. Scar is not due to discharge producing conditions, but due to ulcer producing lesions.
Bad odor discharge is due to secondary infection over another STD or Non STD condition. A good venereologist can differentiate and fix the diagnosis and can treat accordingly.
