Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My ex broke up with me because he says he is obsessed with large breasts and that mine aren't big enough. He says it is a problem that he has had for years and has ruined other relationships. When it becomes bad he turns to porn and says he feels 'depraved'. He also has schizo-affective disorder and has been on medication for it since his teens. Any advice that might help him? I know he feels awful about it and wants to know what to do.
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.
I understand that you are going through some relationship stress because of your husband's problems. From the description of his problem, it appears that he may be having a sexual fantasy about women with large breasts. Now, it is important to realize that in any relationship, things are not going to be ideal and it is not realistic to expect the perfect person with all the desirable qualities. So, if your husband has chosen you in this relationship, then he may have to make a few compromises with regards to his sexual fantasies.
If he needs professional help, then he can attend psychotherapy. There are certain types of behavioural therapy which can help change his sexual behaviours, provided he is willing to. So, you can suggest to him about the option of getting psychotherapy from a psychiatrist.
Wish you all the best.

In that case, he needs help of a psychologist. He may have a little bit OC symptoms. In that case, psychologist would help him to control the symptoms. He needs few low dose antidepressant or CBT to control such thoughts. Better to take help of psychologist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
Thanks
