Hi,

I am Dr.Bruno. I have read your question with care and understand your problem. Let me try to help you

From what you have written, I find that you had stopped the medicines and after the effects of the medicines have reduced, he has started to get fits

This means that till date, the fits were being controlled only by the medicines. This also means that he has to take medicines regularly

So
I would suggest you to Ensure that he continues to Take the Medicines Properly in Adequate dosages at correct times

Hope you found the answer helpful.

If you need any clarification / have doubts / have additional questions / have follow up questions, then please do not hesitate in asking again. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
