Pediatrician 's  Response
Have you considered that your child is suffering from a virus? It appears to be so since there is no effect on his general health. Give him spoonfuls of oral rehydration salts solution to prevent dehydration. He won't improve with antibiotics as they don't work against viruses. If there is no improvement in a few days, consider taking his stool for an exam in a good laboratory.

Pediatrician, Pulmonology Dr. Sumanth Amperayani's  Response
HI...no need to treat this. This is quite phenomenon which occurs in breast fed babies of this age. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Please stop all medicines.
