Over the past month or so I've

been considerably sexually active and I've noticed a series of things

that I'm truly concerned about:

seminal leakage without erection prior to sexual intercourse, it leaks everywhere in my boxers and i don't even think about sex

Dear service user,
I understand your concern of leaking of FLUID prior to sexual intercourse.
Semen cannot leak continuously. The structure and function of human genital organs is such that semen cannot come out without three situations, (masturbation climax, sexual intercourse climax, night emission or wet dream).
Sexual arousal can occur many times without one's conscious awareness (As it happens during sleep as wet dreams). When sexual arousal occurs, a fluid of sex organs and tiny glands in the way of urine tube come out from penis. This is not semen. The smell of the fluid and consistency may be like semen.
This is not a disease and no need to seek medical treatment. Relax and go ahead.
