Suggest Treatment For Senile Purpura

Female 64 with senile purpura and skin peels when injured amon inhalers for asthma and clopidogralsince had mini stroke last year also have ischemic heart disease please can you advise as cuts are getting me down so unsightly am mostly on one forearm.
