Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello,

An anti-depressant (Sertraline, Fluvoxamine, Escitalopram) would help reduce the noise in your head and improve your concentration. Regarding the deafness, the main treatment consists in ear devices to help with hearing or cochlear implant.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ilir Sharka, Cardiologist
