Suggest Treatment For Septal Hypokinesis

Hi .. first i want to thank all of you for this effort my question i am 35 years old male patient complain fron typical chest pain ... ecg say i have rbbb and early repolarization ... echo says i have septal hypokinesia .... what is it mean and what i should do ....thanks

Dear Sir,

I would advise you to undergo coronary angiogram.
Septal hypokinesia is not common in your age.
Usually it can be caused from heart attack or post myocarditis patient.
Coronary angiogram will help to rule out heart attack
