Suggest Treatment For Serious Insect Bite Allergy

A friend went to Africa and got in insect bite there. It turned red and then black, Docs cut it out but that did not help. She is now in the hospital in extreme pain, sedated, bloated and kidney problems. The docs there state they are not sure whatiwill help. She is 40 and about 200 lbs.
