Suggest Treatment For Several Itchy Blisters On Arms

I have several small itchy pustules/blisters, (looks like clear liquid inside) similar in appearance to the blister after a burn, on my arms. They did not appear all at once. Began on my right arm, only two, close together. Now on both arms about a total of 9 on left arm, and 4 on right arm. The ones on the right arm, which appeared first about 3-4 days ago are no longer raised, but still itchy. Several on left arm are raised and some are no longer raised.
