Hello. I have combination skin on face and very uneven skintone with very less acne. My problem is I have severe acne on my back and arms. I did few ayurvedic treaments but it gave me temporary result. Please suggest any products which i can use on regular basis or treatment for this problem. Also suggest any kojic acid soap brand for this. Thank You
You gave history of acne more on trunk and arms. It may be called truncal acne. Many times such acne responds poorly to regular antiacne treatment. There may be genetic tendency. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Still, I would like to give few suggestions as follow...
- antibiotics like azithromycine 500 mg thrice a week - isotretinoin 10 mg daily - vitamin E 400 mg daily at night - apply retinoic acid gel 0.012% on back at night - vitamin E cream in morning - stress and anxiety should be avoided
Above suggestions might be helpful in managing your skin problem...
Thanks.
