Suggest Treatment For Severe Back Bone Pain

Dear Dr. Matthew, I am 37 yrs old. I am suffering backy bone pain from 1 yrs. I take many medicine, injections. This pain is not continuously. This starts after 3 or 5 months. Today this pain start and I can not stand. Local doctor gave me injection and prescribed Flexin tablets 500 mg. and Diagesic- P tablets 500 mg. You are requested to kindly suggest / prescribe any other medicine etc. Thanks, Jamil

After going through your query I concluded that you are having chronic backache. You are in so much of pain that you can not stand. Probably you are suffering from disc prolapse.Treatment of it is bed rest lateral position. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Sometimes pain is severe so strong analgesic such as tramadol can be taken. Omeprazole can be taken to control acidity due to analgesic. You can discuss your doctor about it.
